Applications are open for Timbuktoo Creative Ideation Programme 2025. The Timbuktoo Creatives Ideation Programme is designed to transform promising creative ideas into investable, sustainable ventures. Targeting early-stage founders from across Africa’s creative industries, the programme provides structure to validate concepts, build entrepreneurial capabilities, and prepare participants for market entry and funding opportunities.

The 6-week programme is fully virtual and Pan-African. Participants will engage in two live online sessions per week, mentorship and peer feedback and Online assignments and community engagement. All sessions will be delivered in English. A stable internet connection and device for virtual sessions are required. Selected participants are expected to commit 5–8 hours per week.

Eligibility Criteria for Timbuktoo Creative Ideation Programme

Applicants

Creative entrepreneurs at the ideation or prototype stage
Individuals or teams with well-articulated ideas
Applicants aged 18–35 (priority given to youth and women)
Residents of: Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya, South Africa, Senegal, Morocco, Egypt, Ethiopia, Zambia
