The She Code Africa Mentorship Program has officially launched Cycle 3, offering another remarkable opportunity for women and girls across Africa to grow, upskill, and connect with experienced professionals in the tech space. This program continues to empower women in technology by providing guided learning, career exposure, and community support.
The She Code Africa Mentorship Program is designed to match aspiring women in tech with experienced mentors who provide personalised guidance, skill-building support, and professional development insights. The program welcomes both mentees seeking growth and mentors looking to make a meaningful impact.
Cycle 3 is supported through the HP Digital Equity Grant, ensuring participants gain access to quality learning pathways and the support needed to excel in their chosen tech track.
Tracks Available in Cycle 3
Participants can apply to join one of the following in-demand tech tracks:
- Data Analysis
- Frontend Development
- UI/UX Design
- Product Management
These tracks have been carefully selected to reflect current industry demands and to support women who are entering or advancing within the tech ecosystem.

Mentees
