Eligibility Criteria for Lafarge Technical Skills Development Program (TSDP)

To join TSDP 2026, you must:

Be a Nigerian citizen.
Hold an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognised institution.
Have a minimum of five O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (additional subject allowed; max two sittings).
