Applications are open for Eridanseed SME Scale Program 2026. EridanSeed is a venture studio working with ambitious SMEs in Nigeria that want to unlock their next phase of growth. They partner with existing businesses and help founders build new growth engines on top of what already works. This could be a new product, a new market, a technology-enabled process, or a spin-out business.

Their goal is simple and measurable: help your business add up to $1M in annual revenue within 24 months. Eridanseed do this by co-building with you. EridanSeed brings capital, execution support, venture design, access, and governance. You bring a real business with customers, operations, and domain depth. We work as partners, and we only succeed if the business grows.

Program Structure & Benefits

Eridanseed will select 10 businesses to work with closely over an initial 3-month venture exploration phase.

During these 3 months, They will:

Deeply understand your business (customers, operations, economics, and constraints)
Work with you to identify and research high-impact growth opportunities (product, market, model, or process)
Validate what can realistically add significant revenue
Equip the founder with foundational venture and growth education to fully understand the opportunities and decisions being made.

At the end of the 3 months, if they validate a strong opportunity and believe EridanSeed is the right long-term partner, They will:

Invest $25,000 equity to drive early traction for the new opportunity
Co-build with you for 9 months to turn a validated opportunity into a scalable business line.
Introduce the business to our network of angel investors for potential follow-on capital
Provide tailored startup leadership coaching to help the founder lead change while we build together

Eligibility Criteria for Eridanseed SME Scale Program

Eridanseed is sector-agnostic, but particularly excited about businesses operating in Agriculture & Food Systems, Climate (Energy & Mobility), Real Estate, and Health.

This is for SMEs that:

Have been operating for at least 2 years
Have existing customers and revenue
Are profitable or close to profitability
Have a founder who is actively involved, has deep domain expertise, is ambitious, and is open to partnership.
