Applications are open for LeadGreen Fellowship Cohort 3. LeadGreen Fellowship catalyzes the power of young people as change makers by equipping with leadership skills, mentoring and connecting them peers. A 16-week virtual fellowship for young Africans (20–30) who want to build leadership skills and drive real action in their communities.

The LeadGreen fellowship is a 16-week intensive program designed for high-impact young Africans aged 20-30. We don’t just teach leadership; we accelerate the careers of those already making a difference in their communities.

Through a carefully designed learning and leadership framework, LeadGreen equips fellows with practical knowledge, leadership tools, mentorship, and access to a powerful network of changemakers working across climate, sustainability, and social impact sectors in Africa.

Program Structure

Duration: 16 weeks
Focus Areas: Climate leadership, sustainability, impact design, collaboration, and community engagement
Format: Virtual learning sessions combined with collaborative and project-based activities.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the LeadGreen Fellowship Cohort III, applicants must:

Be between 20 and 30 years old
Be a citizen of any African country
Demonstrate a strong passion for climate action, sustainability, or environmental impact
Show commitment to personal growth and leadership development
Be willing to actively participate for the full 16-week duration
Be motivated to apply learned skills to real-life community impact
