Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures (MSISV) provides innovators with access to capital and resources to help them develop and scale. Our mission is to catalyze innovation and impact by supporting early-stage startups and nonprofits that are building solutions for a more inclusive and sustainable future. MSISV has distributed $38M+ in capital to 140+ startups and organizations since inception.

The MSISV Accelerator is a flagship programme by global financial firm Morgan Stanley that supports visionary early-stage startups and nonprofit organisations focused on solutions that contribute to inclusion and sustainability, including efforts related to environment, health, economic empowerment, and education. MSISV combines capital, mentoring, and ecosystem access to help selected ventures grow, innovate, and connect with investors and industry leaders.

Benefits

In-House Accelerator Program
- Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures (MSISV) supports early-stage startups and nonprofits.
Access to Capital
- Participating startups will receive an equity investment (or a grant for nonprofits), a five-month curated program, mentorship, networking opportunities, dedicated office space and access to a network of seasoned experts and industry leaders.
Powerful Networks
- We connect early-stage startups and nonprofits with Morgan Stanley bankers, financial advisors, technology experts and others who can open doors to valuable industry networks. In addition, we help participants gain visibility and access within the broader investor ecosystem.
Mentoring and More
- Morgan Stanley pairs each organization with hand-picked mentors, entrepreneurs-in-residence and advisors who provide counsel and coaching to help each company and nonprofit grow and scale.

Eligibility Criteria for Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures (MSISV)

MSISV is open to two types of organisations:

For-Profit Startups
- Early-stage, scalable ventures with products or services in market
- Focus on measurable impact related to environment, health & wellbeing, economic empowerment, education, or related themes
- Typically at pre-seed to Series A funding stages
Nonprofit Organisations
- Social impact organisations with sustainable business plans and measurable outcomes
- Must have a legal status equivalent to 501(c)(3) or recognised international nonprofit certification
- Focused on solutions that address pressing societal or environmental needs
