Applications are open for PIND Agricultural Service Provider Performance Grant (SPPG) 2026. PIND is accepting applications from private agricultural service providers to expand access to quality agricultural services, certified seeds, industrial markets, and productivity-enhancing technologies for smallholder farmers in the Niger Delta.
The Service Provider Performance Grant is a performance-based funding window designed to support innovative, climate-smart agricultural services that improve productivity, strengthen market systems, and create jobs.

- Grant Size: ₦3 million – ₦10 million
- Type: Performance-based (funds released upon meeting agreed milestones)
- Focus: Smallholder farmer service delivery and agribusiness strengthening
Grant Purpose
Priority may be given to proposals that:
- Increase access to improved and certified inputs
- Strengthen smallholder productivity through climate-smart practices
- Deploy digital tools for finance, traceability, or advisory
- Enhance market linkages and structured off-take systems
- Generate jobs and inclusive economic participation
Eligibility Criteria for PIND Agricultural Service Provider Performance Grant
This call is open to private agricultural service providers with operational capacities in the Niger Delta, including:
- Input suppliers and quality seed vendors
- Mechanisation and equipment service firms
- Extension and advisory service providers
- Agri-tech/digital solutions targeting farmers
- Aggregators, off-takers, and market linkage enterprises
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Active engagement in agricultural support services
- Viable service delivery model
- Readiness to achieve measurable impacts
- Capacity to manage grant funds and reporting
