The Aspire Leaders Program welcomes limited-income and first-generation university students and recent graduates from around the world to join a free online interactive leadership development journey that is manageable along your other commitments. *Note program content is delivered in English.

The Aspire Leaders Program is designed to equip emerging leaders with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to address real-world challenges in their communities. It places strong emphasis on accessibility, ensuring that students from underserved or underrepresented backgrounds can participate without financial barriers.

Participants engage in interactive learning experiences, live discussions, and collaborative exercises with peers from around the world, fostering a global leadership network that extends beyond the programme itself.

The initiative aims to build not only leadership capacity but also confidence, digital fluency, and problem-solving skills relevant to today’s rapidly evolving global landscape.

    Structure of the Leadership Journey

The 2026 Aspire Leaders Program is divided into two main learning phases, complemented by masterclasses and live sessions throughout the programme.

    Weeks 1–4: Foundations of Leadership

In the initial phase, participants focus on developing core leadership competencies through structured and interactive learning activities. These include:

    • Live engagement with a global cohort of peers
    • Strengths-based leadership assessments
    • Exploration of key social issues affecting communities worldwide
    • Self-awareness and leadership identity development
    • Goal setting using the SMART framework

This phase is designed to help participants better understand their leadership potential while building a foundation for future action.

Weeks 5–9: Digital Transformation and Community Action

The second phase focuses on applying leadership skills in practical and community-based contexts. Participants explore:

    • Digital transformation and artificial intelligence
    • Strategies for solving real-world community challenges
    • Methods for building trust and collaboration
    • Community engagement and social impact planning

In addition, participants gain access to professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School. These resources include guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, cover letter development, and career planning strategies.

    Masterclasses and Global Learning Environment

Throughout the programme, participants attend immersive masterclasses led by educators and experts from universities around the world. These synchronous sessions enable live interaction, discussion, and peer learning.

The programme’s global design encourages cross-cultural exchange and collaboration, allowing participants to learn from diverse perspectives and build international networks that can support future professional and community initiatives.

    Extended Leadership Opportunities

After completing the programme, participants gain access to extended leadership pathways, including alumni networks, mentorship opportunities, and potential funding support for community-based initiatives. These extended opportunities are designed to ensure that learning does not end with programme completion but continues through long-term engagement with a global community of young leaders.
