    Applications are open for GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize Competition 2026. The GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize Competition 2026 rewards Africa’s most innovative young food and agribusiness entrepreneurs with funding, mentorship, and global visibility.

    The GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize Competition is one of Africa’s leading platforms for youth-led agribusiness ventures, recognising innovative, scalable and impact-driven solutions across the food system.

    GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize Competition Benefits

    • Grand Prize
      • A $50,000 cash prize award for 1 male & 1 female led promising businesses.
      • Impact awards — $60,000 total: $15,000 to each business excelling in key areas including Technology & Innovation, Nutrition & Food Security, Job Creation, Climate Resilience and Gender Equity.
    • Any Agri Sector
      • Any business in agrifood systems including but not limited to production, aggregation & logistics, agro-processing, digital innovations etc
    • World-Class Jury
      • Applications reviewed by food systems specialists, and development partners from across the continent.
    • Impact Driven
      • Enterprises contributing to Technology & Innovation, Nutrition & Food Security, Job Creation, Climate Resilience and Gender Equity

    Eligibility Criteria

    • All six criteria must be met at the time of submission.
    • Aged 18–35 on the date of submission to the competition
    • Hold nationality (with an official ID) from an African Union member state
    • Your venture is headquartered in an African Union member state
    • Your venture is legally registered in an AU member state (or will be registered by 28 June 2026)
    • You are the founder or co-founder and play an active role in its operations and leadership
    • No criminal record related to corruption, tax evasion, financial impropriety, or any felony
