This grant is designed to empower local organizations to create tangible impact in their communities, support innovative approaches, and strengthen educational outcomes where it is needed most. This grant initiative focuses on delivering equitable and transparent financial support to impactful projects, particularly those that empower children and young adults through education.
The Africa Impact Finance Initiative (Africa IFI) was founded by Rhodes Scholars in residence to help support the initiative, passion and hard work of African people in Africa.
Africa IFI Grant Benefits
- The grant giving portfolio aims to provide fair, transparent and equitable distribution of funds of up to £1500 GBP to projects across Africa. The number of grants given per round will depend on the availability of funds.
Eligibility Criteria
- The organization applying for the grant is operating on the African continent, in any African country.
- The project aims to improve the education of children or young adults up the age of 25.
- The organization has been operational for a period of 12 months.
- The organization is community-based.
