Applications are open for African Climate Creatives Fellowship 2025. The African Climate Creatives Fellowship (ACCF) is a Pan-African initiative designed to empower emerging climate advocates and creatives to lead digital-first campaigns that shift narratives and spark action. Over the course of three months, fellows build critical skills in climate storytelling, advocacy, mobile-friendly media production, and impact-driven content design. Delivered virtually, the program connects young changemakers across the continent in a dynamic learning and co-creation space.
African Climate Creatives Fellowship Objectives
- Empower Climate Advocates:
Equip 1,000 young climate advocates with digital storytelling and communication skills to lead impactful climate action in their communities. - Inspire Mass Action:
- Reach 10 million people by 2035 through powerful climate campaigns, grassroots projects, and digital storytelling.
- Amplify African Voices:
Build a diverse, vibrant network of African storytellers using creative methods and lived experiences to reshape Africa’s climate narrative.

Eligibility Criteria
We welcome applications from passionate changemakers who are:
• Aged 18–35
• Based in or from an African country
• Interested or experienced in climate action, creative media, or advocacy
• Able to work and communicate effectively in English
• Equipped with reliable internet access and a commitment to attend sessions
How To Apply for African Climate Creatives Fellowship
1. Complete the Online Application Form: Respond to questions about your background, interests, and motivations.
2. Submit a Portfolio or Sample: You may include a link to past work—a video, blog, campaign, or digital media sample. If shared via Google Drive, ensure access is set to “Anyone with the link can view.”
3. Shortlisted Interviews: Candidates with complete applications will be invited to a brief virtual interview with the interview committee.
4. Selection & Notification: Finalists will be notified via email with onboarding details.
