MasterCard Foundation Africa Growth Fund in collaboration with Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners (ESP) is currently seeking the expertise of inclusive and innovative Business development service (BDS) providers based in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria.
The Mastercard Foundation Africa Growth Fund is a bold initiative—a USD$200 million Fund of Funds—that works through African investment funds to support early-stage, growth-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on the continent.
The Fund aims to create dignified work and income opportunities for young people in Africa, particularly young women, by improving access to finance and business development services (BDS) for SMEs.
The Mastercard Foundation Africa Growth Fund, in collaboration with a consortium of partners, including Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA), Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P), ESPartners (ESP), Genesis Analytics, Criterion Institute, and Africa Communications Media Group (ACG), is issuing a call for Expression of Interest.
Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners (ESP) is a pan-African firm that aims to enable innovative, scalable, and profitable enterprises to build prosperity through incubation and acceleration programs.
The Fund’s investment facility will be used to fund SMEs in different countries, while providing them with technical assistance through business development services.
