Applications are open for FG/NDE Renewed Hope Job Creation Program 2024. The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has kick-start a strategic initiative to realign its operations with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda. This effort seeks to strengthen the agency’s role in combating poverty by providing sustainable employment opportunities for Nigerians.

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) is mandated to design and implement programs to combat mass unemployment, articulate policies aimed at developing work programs with labor-intensive potentials, and implement any other policies as laid down by the governing Board established under its enabling Act.

Renewed Hope Job Creation Program Objectives

Entrepreneurship: Promoting entrepreneurship to enhance market access to create jobs.
Employment: Creating opportunities for sustainable employment through various programmes.
Vocational Skills: Enhancing vocational skills development among the youth and undergraduates.

Renewed Hope Job Creation Program Scope

In alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda of His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) plans to engage 93,731 unskilled and unemployed individuals across Nigeria. This program will offer vocational, agricultural, and entrepreneurial skills training, along with activities in the public works sector, utilizing over 30 different skill sets.
The NDE’s job creation initiative will also provide start-up capital, equipment, and tools upon completion of training, while participants will be connected to credit-granting institutions for loans to help them start small and medium-sized businesses.

How To Apply

Interested person should log in to the NDE website to create an account and register online with a valid email address, passport photograph and National identity Number (NIN).
Successful candidates will be contacted by the NDE for deployment to training center. For further enquires, interested persone can contact the NDE office in their state of residence.
Similarity, approval has been given for the immediate payment of stipends and trainers’ allowances to NDE trainees and trainers Covering the period between 2021 and 2022, April and August 2024 as all affected trainer and trainees within the stated period have been verified lor immediate payment.
