The Inclusive Action Awards – Global , celebrate and recognize small and medium enterprises (SMEs) working to create more and better opportunities for women in emerging economies—as entrepreneurs, employees, and consumers. Brought to you by the Inclusive Action Hub, led by Value for Women and supported by Visa Foundation. We are looking for enterprises in low- or middle-income countries with fewer than 250 employees, actively driving gender inclusion.

Eligibility Criteria:

Company Size and growth:
- Be a medium-to-high-growth organisations (for-profit or non-profit) with fewer han 250 employees.
- Operate at any stage of business development, from start-up to maturity.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating social impact.
Legal Standing:
- Be formally registered, legally recognised, and in good standing with relevant authorities in your country of operation.
Track Records:
- Show evidence of gender-inclusive practices in your organisation’s policies, activities and operations.
Business integrity:
- Maintain a proven record of integrity and ethical business practices.
