The Monthly Micro-Grants Program offers rolling monthly funding of up to £1,000 to support podcast creators worldwide in developing trailers, pilots, or stand-alone episodes. Open to individual creators aged 18+, the program prioritizes underrepresented voices and provides tailored production support alongside funding. Applications open monthly, with limited pitches accepted per theme.
The Monthly Micro-Grants Program is designed to support more podcast creators on a rolling monthly basis. The program provides financial support and hands-on production collaboration to help creators bring compelling podcast ideas to life. Each month, one creator or group is selected to receive funding and tailored support aligned with a specific theme.
Monthly Micro-Grants for Podcasters Benefits

Monthly Micro-Grants for Podcasters Supported Projects
The grant supports podcast creators who are:
- Producing a powerful trailer
- Launching an original podcast pilot
- Creating a stand-alone episode for an existing series
Projects should demonstrate strong storytelling, originality, and alignment with the selected theme.
Eligibility Criteria
The opportunity is open to:
- Individual creators worldwide
- New or existing podcasters
- Applicants aged 18 years or older
The program strongly encourages applications from:
- Disabled individuals
- Racialised individuals
- LGBTQIA+ community members
- Creators from low-income backgrounds
Who Is Not Eligible?
The following are not eligible:
- Registered businesses or organisations with more than 10 employees
- Organisations with a turnover exceeding £50,000
- Schools or charities
Application Limits
- Applications are accepted monthly on a rolling basis
- Applicants may apply only twice within the 12-month program
- Pitches are capped each month and must be submitted within the deadline window

- Application window: 4.00pm, 12th December 2025 – 9.00pm, 31st December 2025
- 📣 Recipient notified: Week commencing 12th January 2026
- 💰 Funding received & production begins: 18th January 2026
- 🎧 1:1 sessions: Every Thursday within the month, starting with an initial call to discuss the production support you’ll receive.
