Applications are now open for Oando Joint Venture Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP) 2025. Oando Plc in a joint venture collaboration with the NNPC is calling for applications from appropriately qualified, ready, motivated, and adventurous Nigerians to apply for its Graduate Acceleration Program.

The Oando Graduate Acceleration Program offers a special chance to nurture new graduates with leadership potential and, over time, to bolster the local personnel pool for the oil and gas industry. Successful applicants will engage in structured experiential learning from some of the top minds in the industry during the program’s 18-month duration, which is designed to prepare them for career opportunities within the sect.

Eligibility criteria

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) in Engineering, Geosciences, Business Administration, or Economics.
Not older than 26 years as of January 1, 2025.
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program by April 2025.
Possess no more than two (2) years of work experience.
Achieved a minimum of five (5) B’s and two (2) C’s in WASC, SSCE, or GCE O-Level in a single sitting, including Mathematics and English Language.
