Applications are open for Baobab Platform Mentorship Program 2026. Baobab Platform Mentorship Program is a mentorship opportunity for young Africans seeking personal, professional and career development support. The programme is delivered by the Baobab Platform in partnership with Global Give Back Circle and connects young people with experienced mentors who can provide guidance based on their career goals, interests and aspirations.

This is a mentorship program designed for African youth, ages 18-30, which gender-matches participants to role model mentors in the private and/or public sector, depending on their career goals, common interests and aspirations.

Eligibility Criteria

The programme is designed for African youth aged 18 to 30 years who are interested in receiving guidance on their education, careers and professional development.
In order to be eligible for this cohort of the Baobab Mentorship Program, all applicants must complete Baobab’s Mentorship course and submit the course certificate along with the application form.
