Applications are open for GET Compass Cohort 5. GET Compass is Grooming Endowment Trust’s flagship enterprise grant program designed to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge, mentorship, and funding needed to scale sustainable businesses.
This initiative is designed to support early-stage small and medium-sized businesses in Nigeria with grant funding of up to ₦2 million. Beyond financial support, the programme equips entrepreneurs with business development training, mentorship, and practical knowledge to help them scale sustainably and improve their operations.
GET Compass Benefits
Selected participants will receive:
- Expert-led business training and mentorship
- One-on-one business clinics
- The opportunity to pitch their businesses to an expert panel
- Grants of up to ₦2,000,000
Eligibility Criteria
- Business owners must be 18 years of age and above .
- Business must not be more than three years old.
- Must be available to attend a 2-week workshop in Lagos.
- Must be a registered operating business.
- Must show evidence of making business a going concern.
